As a Senior Consultant, Mike works with the managing directors and directors to provide investment advice to wealthy individuals, families and foundations.

Mike has over 9 years of client service experience. Prior to joining Altair, Mike provided investment services to wealthy individuals and families through the Private Client Advisors division of Deloitte & Touche. He also has experience as a senior auditor.

Mike is a Chartered Financial Analyst^®, (CFA^®) , charterholder, a Certified Public Accountant, and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant.

Mike graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, with honors in Accounting.  He is a member of the CFA Society of Chicago and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Mike serves as a subject matter expert for the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, contributing to the development and review of examination questions for the CFP^® Certification Examination.

Mike and his wife Heidi reside in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood.
